Rotation is: EDZ - Moon - Nessus - Europa. Changes every 2.5 hours. Last night I had done Europa, wasn't sure when it was changing, so was checking back onto my console very once in a while (if you have the legendary haunted lost sector selected, it will show the location at the bottom left on the launch screen).

Enemies will hit a lot harder, be more aggressive, and have several modifiers (like threats and surges) active. But yesterday was Nessus and today was Europa (at that time). Further to believe it's 2.5hrs as I logged: Nessus @ 12:40pm, Europa @ 1:17pm, Europa @ 3:16pm, and EDZ at 3:30pm. (So, Europa was from 1pm to 3:30pm = 2.5hrs).
