Variant dungeons are if anything, regular dungeons. Criterion, is the difficulty. I do want the variant dungeons to be more of a multipath experience and norm outside of the hallways we've called dungeons for years. But I agree with OP. The tough 4 man content is good, and it can draw a different kind of "raider" to the folds.

You need 4 people to do it. its a 20 minute dungeon with 3 bosses. People are still finding groups for ultimates, blue mage savage, BA and DRS long past their month of relevancy. All of those need at least double the number of people criterion dungeons need.
