UPDATE: I was able to do a text chat with a Cox Representative last night and he informed me that my outage will continue until at least April 19th at 8:50 P.M. They weren't sure why, but did see a mention of an optical cable that is being repaired/replaced. No issues here as I dumped that shit company years ago đź‘Ť.
