If the lip of the throttle body has oil on it (which I'm sure it does), it could be due to, manifold (pcv) crack/leak, turbo, cracked piston or rings probably in that order.The bolts and sleeve through the valve cover can be pulled out with a little effort. The o rings go on the sleeve .
