I can't think of a single blunt weapon that is also a Skill weapon. Usually, thrust is Skill and blunt is Strength. EDIT: Oh wait, you just wrote your skills weirdly. It seems you're using a quality build. Transformed LHB does blunt damage (apart from its thrusting attacks) and transformed Kirkhammer as well. Logarius' Wheel is also blunt.
Find the saw spear in the sewers of Central Yharnam. It seems like you're focusing on SKILL and the spear is a skill weapon. It's serrated like the Saw Cleaver with the bonus of being serrated in both forms. It also has a couple thrust attacks in it's transformed mode. That's kinda weird, evn with a b scaling the chimage apparently is one of the best skill weapons AR wise. HM. That's cuz it's also counting the BT scaling. BT scaling is only applied in 2 handed mode so it has nothing to do with skill. All of the blood weapons have the same base damage in both physical and blood dmg.Best depends on whichever fits your style. I'm not a fan of the Blades of Mercy but a lot skill users really like them. Saw Cleaver is the most versatile in it's moveset but probably has the worst skill scaling. The base mode is serrated, but not the transformed mode. Saw Spear is less versatile than the cleaver but has a thrust attack.

You'll see, i have Ludwig Holy Blade as a main weapon. But i can't decide on whether which to use. I'm a 99 Strenght/Skill, 25 (and growing) Arcane and Bloodtinge. I want to go max level. But the thing is... I don't like any of the other weapons and damage isn't even that good for bosses and stuff.
