Thanks! ACT will not work for a good week or two. Ravahn has to update the signatures and probably reverse engineer a few packets, and the man has a day job. Unfortunately the game has re-enabled Oodle TCP network compression, and so you MUST launch ACT before logging into a character in FFXIV. I will continue to explore alternative solutions. From the ACT Discord.

I used to have Kagerou and the dps was in yellow and blue writing (pic). I can't get that dps to show, after removing my old ACT i don't seem to have a folder on my Desktop anymore also.
The only important file for how the layout would look like is the resorces/icons folder, and the miniparse.html. Make sure that you are using the right miniparse.html. Add an exception by application and find the ACT exe. Another thing to test is toggle between text and graph mode by clicking the little red square in the mini-window's upper-right corner. If ACT is not working at all for parsing, then go to Plugins -> FFXIV Settings and click the 'Test Game ...ACT will ask if it will be used for Final Fantasy XIV. Select Yes to configure ACT logs for FFXIV. Click Next to move to Startup Settings, then Close to accept the default settings and finish the startup wizard.
