After investigating the issue, I looked underneath the seat at the fan and tried to clean it. Took me about 3hrs but some claim they can do it in 1hr. the other blend door on the driver side requires removing the entire dash which im told is +8hrs of labor at a cost of $1,000 or so. So it is either the climate module or the cable with the Canbus signals feeding that module is intermittent. It should not take a knowledgeable service technician too long to find the issue.
